I don't know where I found all of these but I came across an entire folder of photos that I haven't seen in forever!

Most of these are really old so I'm delighted to see how young I looked. Although, it highlights how old I am now though!
Persil Fashion Awards in Dublin. This was the coat that won. I got to try it on. I wish I had actually bought it. It's made for that blouse - Which I actually still own! I think it was from Awear back in the day. I've kept it because of the collar!
This was in Nightingale and Rose in Limerick. It's closed down now but it was a Vintage shop. I didn't buy this dress however thank god. I don't know why I have tried it on but I have. I'm also wearing American Apparel leggings. I bought those before my boycott. I still have them but sadly, they are not coming back from Italy with me as they are ready to be retired. I have to say, they lasted nearly ten years.
I love this blouse clearly. I am coming back from interviews at a press day here. I don't know where I am going though! I still have everything bar that skirt in this photo. The skirt was awful and really faulty but I loved it. It was a black pleated copy of the Carrie skirt which was everywhere that year. I also have a copy of a McQueen scarf on too. Aw. Being a student with no money means you have to get creative. I don't look very happy here. I am on my way to an exhibition on the Quays before going home I think.
I wish I had kept this T-shirt. It was Topshop and mad cute. I also nearly ripped my earlobes off with those earrings that you can barely see. Still have that bowler hat that I bought in Milan in 2006!
Oh my! A shot of my outfit from my first ever press fashion show! Aw. So cute and so young. I'm only 24 in this shot. That shirt (which is gone now) was YSL and literally a man's shirt. I also loved those earrings as well. They were just strands of random leather. I have been caught in the rain after the show which was BT's SS10 show so I hope that's why my fringe looks terrible.
Just about to go to the Silent Disco in Roisin Dubh in Galway. I don't know why I went through this phase of black eyebrows and blonde hair. I am wearing a sleeveless Back to the Future T-shirt here as well. Odd but....
Aw! I lived for those glasses. Also, I miss having my hair a range of insane colors. This is again in Galway. I wanted that necklace tattooed on my back as well. In fact, I still do. The string it was on broke and I was gutted.
A sad photo in a way. This was an office space I was living in in Dublin when I had nowhere to go. I'm also quite thin in this photo because I was so broke. I was desperate to do my internships at the time so money and food weren't really a thing. I remember I ate a lot of rice cakes with plastic cheese on them (nothing has changed) because it was all I could afford! I am wearing a blouse from Primark that they had given me at a press day with my mom's belt!

This is in Dublin and super cute. I don't know where I was to have my hair done because there is no way I did that. I think in the back of my mind, I remember hair related press days but I don't remember why this was done. I do remember that awesome 70s jumper my mom got me in Topshop though. I still have it!

Below is a photo from 2011 in Limerick.  Prince T-shirt, skinny jeans, scarf and gold shoes. This was a hung over Sunday before going for a walk. I was dying. This is a simple outfit for me.
Years ago. WHAT I WORE used to be called, DANCING IN THE NEWSROOM. I dedicated a whole section to pieces of my wardrobe that you could see while I was dancing in the room of news. This is normally a work space filled with other people so I was being really sneaky and taking shots when no one else was there. Also, thanks to this blog, I worked weekends.

I loved that coat above. It was around the time that Balmain did that insane collection with the shoulders so everything on the high street went shoulder mad. I wish I still had this. I look hungover in this photo.
Nuts. I was wearing : a flower body from Topshop, a sleeveless black dress from River Island, sequinned leggings from god knows and boots from Topshop. I remember everything I buy because I keep it for so many years after. I have nothing from this outfit left sadly. Those leggings were the most painful thing to wear. I'm glad they are gone! I had them in gold too.
I really don't know what I am doing here but it became a challenge to get weirder and weirder as time went on! This is my favorite T-shirt to this day! A plain black baggy Topshop one, American Apparel wet look leggings, boots from Topshop and a stud on a chain! Love it. Made only slightly better by the leather jacket below. I've been wearing that jacket since 2006.
One thing that does make me sad is the bones on my chest. I was very sick at the time. I'm very thin in this photo. Sadly, as I had an eating disorder - I thought I was massive. I really hate seeing photos like this from that time. Highlights how thin and ill I was.
