This is what happens when Daughter comes to visit at Christmas.

Mass grapefruit harvesting from my trees.
Then comes the washing, cutting, peeling and scraping. Cooking the
peel three times in boiling water then
one more time simmering in sugar syrup. A final dusting of sugar and
you have magic... Candied Grapefruit Peel.

The next photo shows the final wonderful finished product. Lovely !
